Flat drinks, vegetables aren’t fresh, egg rolls are cold and soggy, Vietnamese sandwich is not authentic, and pho tastes like the broth is poorly made

Great food, the best ever.

Amazing. My husband and I came here on a whim and it was the best decision. We ordered their spring rolls, vietnamese iced coffee, and 2 large pho with beef flank. All of our food came out fresh, timely, and DELICIOUS 😋. This is the kind of food that feeds your SOUL. Highly recommended. Will come back for future date nights. (Also very family friendly)

I ordered combination pho beef with flank and tendon and all the beef was spoiled. Very dissatisfying and disappointing.

Service is speedy! They get the award for being the fastest in getting your order out to you. I think mine took 5 minutes from the time I placed it. Wow! Food is good and very affordable. Some days I get the rice plate; other days I get the pho/soup. The workers are friendly. The dining area is clean. They accept credit cards. Parking is never a problem. This is in a strip mall and is close to other shops and restaurants. It’s in the same lot where CVS is. Easy in and out from Bay Area Blvd.

The food was good, nothing over the top but would have given 4 stars. I was really put off that no one on staff was wearing masks. It made me concerned over the cleanliness of the place. I don't think we'll go back here.

This is one of the best places I've been to on this side of town. My favorite dish from them is their fresh vermicelli bowls. The bbq meat and the fresh salad and pickled vegetables are so good. The staff is always very helpful, definitely recommend Pho 21.

I have been a loyal customer of this Pho restaurant for a long time. The food is always delicious and the owner is always kind. Highly recommend!!

Can’t say I’ll be going back here honestly when there are so many other options with freshly cooked food. The pho was good, but it’s not to easy to mess that up. However I ordered the egg rolls and literally got them in under a min. When I bit into them the middle wasn’t even warm...just room temp. So obviously they just pre cook them and let them sit. Service is polite and quick. But with a bunch of precooked food it should be fast.

Fabulous food and service. If you aren’t sure what to order, they gladly explain the menu item details. Been there several times, everything was always very fresh. They take food seriously!

Had the fried tofu starter and the #14 Pho Tai Gan. Very good.

Never had an issue with this place until today. There was a bug inside my food. I took what was left back and got my money back. I told the girls at the cashier to please tell the owner. Not sure if they will. This is just so disgusting and sad because the food was usually always good.

My SO picked up some pho from this restaurant for me when I was down with a cold. He reheated it up at the hotel we were staying at and it was amazing, as if it was it was served fresh to me right from the kitchen. Deliciousness deserves 5 stars.

I came here and was asked what I'd like to drink. I asked for sake. The girl was rude and acted like she didn't know what sake was. Totally inappropriate. All she had to say was they didn't have it. Won't be back.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in town and the owner is super nice takes care of his customers well I definitely would recommend going there.

Always good and consistent Pho soup here.

This was the first time we visited this restaurant. I had the beef stew. My husband the pho. Omg!!! Sooo delicious, especially on a cold dreary day.

TERRIBLE service. They are incredibly unprofessional, the building stinks terribly, and the wait is VERY long for food. A plus is the food is not bad and it’s cheap, but I’d rather give someone else my service. I waited 30 minutes for one bowl of soup. Three families that walked in 15 min after me got their food first. The lady forgot to put my order in, and then once I told the manager about how long I was waiting, she completely ignored me and wouldn’t refill my drink nor check on me. When I asked why the wait was so long, she started trying to argue with me across the restaurant making everyone look at us, she was incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing.

I don't even know where to begin. My aunt and began to eat dinner there after our delicious coffee. Mid munching down, a small roach appears from a stash of vegetables. We called the waitress over and after explaining what happened and showing the proof wrapped up in a napkin, we left. I would like to point out that the waitress was very very sweet. I do not blame her.

I always come here after school or on my lunch break or just when I am craving pho (which is pretty frequent). I truly love this place - great service, all the dishes are good and the coffee is even better!

Loved the food. The TVs distract from the dining and socializing. Since the world series is over.

I've been coming here for years, high school through college. The pho and other meals are always great and consistent. The owner or manager is very personable with their regulars and service for others. Love this place!
